Why book directly with us?

Check our Reviews and for our other property at Gig Ems & Good Times Reviews We want to ensure you have a great experience renting with us. You can reach out to us any time if you have questions about booking, cancellation policy, etc. When you book directly with us, you pay less since there are no third-party booking fees. Also, you are automatically covered by property damage protection up to $3,000.

What is the cancellation policy?

Guests will receive a full refund (with the exception of the 4% credit card processing fee) if the booking is canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. If canceled between 14 and 30 days of arrival, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 14 days of reservation date are non-refundable. If desired, you can visit www.insuremytrip.com to purchase third-party travel insurance to cover.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In:

Self check-in is available anytime after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. The Howdy Hangout is equipped with digital keylocks, and you will receive all instructions at least 24 hours before the check-in time. If an earlier check-in time is needed, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Check-out:

Our check out time is 11:00 am on your day of departure. We ask that you check out by this time so that we can prepare for our next guests.

Is there a minimum rental age?

Yes. The registered guest (reserving guest) must be at least 25 years of age. This guest assumes all responsibility and sole liability for any loss, injury, or accident suffered by all guests in your party while on the premises and for any damage or injury caused to the property or other persons. The reserving guest acknowledges the maximum capacity (14 people max), unless previously approved by the owner.

What if I have problems or questions while staying at Howdy Hangout?

How many vehicles may be parked at Howdy Hangout?

Lots of room for parking! There is room for 6 vehicles in the driveway, with more parking available in front of the house and on the side street.

Do you have security cameras?

We have 2 exterior security cameras only, on front porch and facing the back driveway/street. There are NO security cameras inside the house and NO cameras in the outdoor living space (backyard).
